Die Lieferung aller Produkte erfolgt im Inland (Deutschland). Unsere Labels versenden wir innerhalb der EU sowie in die Schweiz. Für andere Auslandsversendungen bitte per E-Mail anfragen.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Lieferungen im Inland

We send Zsauberbeutel as a parcel (traceable, insured) for €4.95 per order.
We send labels as merchandise mail (traceable) for € 3.90 per order.

Lieferungen ins Ausland

We ship labels for €4.80 within the EU.
For other deliveries abroad please contact us. The shipping costs depend on the weight and recipient country.

Lieferung von Download-Produkten

There are no shipping costs for download products.
You can download products via a link sent to you by e-mail.
You can download products in your customer account.

Lieferfristen

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods shall be delivered in Germany within 4-9 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 4-10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of the payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that was ordered.
